I called my mother this morning to get this recipe for Pumpkin Dip. I’ve made it in the past and served it with either vanilla wafers or cinnamon graham crackers. I could have sworn my mother gave me this recipe, but she assures me she’s never heard of it. Anyway, here it is. I plan to halve this recipe.
4 c. confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (3 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
Dash of nutmeg, cloves, allspice.
Blend sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then add remaining ingredients. Dip with vanilla wafers or graham crackers, or whatever you want, I guess. For an added touch serve in hollowed out small pumpkin. (if you happen to be Martha Stewart)
